Ahmad bin Maslan

Ahmad bin Maslan (born 30 April 1966) is a Malaysian politician from Pontian, Johor. He has served as the Deputy Minister of Works since December 2023 and previously as the Deputy Minister of Finance I from December 2022 to December 2023. He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Pontian since March 2008. Earlier, he served as Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration from April 2009 to May 2018. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) and has held various party positions, including State Deputy Chairman of UMNO of Johor and Division Chief of UMNO of Pontian since March 2023. He also served as Secretary-General of UMNO from March 2020 to March 2023 and Secretary-General of BN from January 2021 to June 2021.
