Abdul Rahman bin Haji Mohamad

Abdul Rahman bin Mohamad (born 13 April 1964) is a Malaysian politician and a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO). He has served as the Deputy Minister of Human Resources in the Unity Government administration since December 2023 and has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lipis since May 2013. Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Minister of Works from December 2022 to December 2023, and twice as Deputy Minister of Rural Development I, first from March 2020 to August 2021, and then from August 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in his career, he was a Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Padang Tengku from March 2004 to May 2013. He has successfully contested and retained the Lipis parliamentary seat in the 2013, 2018, and 2022 general elections.
