Dzulkefly bin Ahmad

Dzulkefly bin Ahmad (born 1 January 1956) is a Malaysian politician currently serving as the Minister of Health since December 2023 and Member of Parliament (MP) for Kuala Selangor since May 2018. He previously held the Minister of Health portfolio from May 2018 to February 2020 in the Pakatan Harapan administration. He was also the MP for Kuala Selangor from March 2008 to May 2013 as a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS). He is a member of the National Trust Party (AMANAH), which he co-founded in 2015 after being ousted from PAS. He has served as Vice President of AMANAH since December 2023. Prior to his political career, Dzulkefly was a lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and HUSM, Kelantan, and held various corporate and academic leadership roles.
