Mohd Azam bin Abd Samat is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Kedah State Executive Council since August 2023 and as Member of the Kedah State Legislative Assembly for Sungai Limau since November 2013. He is a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS).
