Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Apas since May 2018 and as State Minister of Youth Development, Sports Advancement and Creative Industries of Sabah since December 2025. He previously held roles as State Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister of Sabah (2022–2025) and State Assistant Minister of Finance of Sabah (2020–2022).
