Biography
Ruslan bin Muharam is a Malaysian politician who has served as State Assistant Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industries of Sabah since December 2025, previously as State Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister of Sabah from 2023 to 2025, and as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Lumadan since 2020. He is a member of the United Sabah Party (PBS) and has held the position of Vice President of PBS since 2003 under the Muslim Bumiputera quota.
