Richard Riot anak Jaem is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of Parliament for Serian since 1990, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (2010–2013), Minister of Human Resources (2013–2018), and Special Envoy of the Prime Minister to East Asia (2020–2022). He is a deputy president of the Sarawak United Peoples' Party (SUPP).
