Shahidan bin Kassim is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of Parliament for Arau since 2013 (previously 1986–1995), Minister of Federal Territories, Menteri Besar of Perlis (1995–2008), and held various ministerial and party leadership roles in UMNO and PAS.
