Siti Mastura binti Muhammad is a Malaysian politician and Member of Parliament for Kepala Batas since November 2022, affiliated with the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) and Perikatan Nasional. She is also the deputy head of the Penang State PAS Muslimat Council.
