Mustapha bin Nagoor is a Malaysian politician and educator who has served as a Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly for Palong since May 2018 and as a Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (Youth and Sports Development) since August 2023. He is a member of UMNO and holds an MBA from the University of Tasmania.
