Ong Seng Guan is a Malaysian politician who has served as a member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly for Pokok Assam since November 2022. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and previously served as political secretary to MP Teh Kok Lim and held local council and party roles.
