Howard Lee Chuan How is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of Parliament for Ipoh Timor since November 2022, previously served in the Perak State Executive Council and as a Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly for Pasir Pinji from 2013 to 2022. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and has held leadership roles including National Political Education Director of DAP since March 2025 and Youth Chief of DAP and Pakatan Harapan.
