Biography
Muhammad Bakhtiar bin Wan Chik is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Balik Pulau since May 2018 and previously as Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture from July 2018 to February 2020. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), a component of the Pakatan Harapan coalition.
