Lim Hui Ying

Lim Hui Ying is a Malaysian politician born in 1963. She currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Finance in the Unity Government since December 2023 and has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tanjong since November 2022. Previously, she served as the Deputy Minister of Education from December 2022 to December 2023. She was also a Senator from August 2018 to November 2022. Lim Hui Ying is the State Secretary of Penang for the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component of the Pakatan Harapan coalition. She is the daughter of veteran politician Lim Kit Siang and the younger sister of Bagan MP Lim Guan Eng.
