
Biography
M. Kula Segaran is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department since December 2023, previously as Minister of Human Resources from 2018 to 2020, and as Member of Parliament for Ipoh Barat since 2004 and Teluk Intan from 1997 to 1999. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1982 before being admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia.
