Chang Lih Kang is a Malaysian politician and civil engineer who has served as Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation since December 2022 and as Member of Parliament for Tanjong Malim since May 2018. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and has served as its Vice President since December 2018.
