Suhaizan Kayat

Suhaizan bin Kayat, born on 13 April 1973, is a Malaysian politician. He received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Parit Nawi, Muar, Sekolah Agama Seri Menanti, Muar, and Sekolah Agama Parit Nawi. He completed his secondary schooling at Sekolah Menengah Seri Menanti, Muar. He pursued higher education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, where he earned both a bachelor's and a Master of Computer Science degree. During his university years, he was active in student associations, serving as Exco and Vice President of the UTM Student Association. Beyond academia, he engaged in community activities, holding positions such as Development Secretary of Taman Universiti Skudai Mosque, Secretary of the Movement to Abolish PPSMI (GMP), Secretary of the People's Land Coalition (TANAH), and Advisor for the Kempas People's Action Action Committee and Simpang Renggam People's Action Committee. His political career began with PAS, where he held various roles including Johor PAS Youth Council Chief, Central PAS Youth Council Information Chief, Gelang Patah PAS Youth Council Chief, Pulai PAS Committee Member, and Pos Malaysia Voting Committee Chairman. He is currently a member of the National Trust Party (AMANAH) and serves as the State Vice Chairman of Johor and Division Chief of Pulai for the party.
