Chong Chieng Jen

Chong Chieng Jen is a Malaysian politician and lawyer. He currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Stampin, Member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly for Padungan, Chairman of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and State Leader of the Opposition of Sarawak. He previously held roles as Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, MP for Bandar Kuching, and MLA for Kota Sentosa. He is a prominent figure in the Democratic Action Party (DAP), holding various leadership positions within the party at both national and state levels.
