Gooi Hsiao Leung is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as a Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly since 2018 and previously as a Member of Parliament from 2013 to 2018. He is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and has worked in human rights law, including with the United Nations in East Timor.
