Biography
Ngeh Koo Ham is a Malaysian politician, advocate, and solicitor who has served as Member of Parliament for Beruas since 2008, Speaker of the Perak State Legislative Assembly from 2018 to 2020, and Member of the Perak State Executive Council from 2008 to 2009. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party and has held various party positions, including National Treasurer since 2025.
