Mohammad Fahmi bin Ngah is a Malaysian politician and engineer who has served as a Member of the Selangor State Executive Council and the Selangor State Legislative Assembly for Seri Setia since August 2023. He holds a PhD from Imperial College London and is a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR).
