Biography
Mustapha Sakmud is a Malaysian politician and engineer who has served as Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Sabah and Sarawak) since December 2025, and previously as Deputy Minister of Higher Education (2023–2025) and Deputy Minister of Human Resources (2022–2023). He has been the Member of Parliament for Sepanggar since November 2022 and State Chairman of PKR Sabah since May 2024.
