Teo Nie Ching is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as Deputy Minister of Communications since December 2023, previously holding roles including Deputy Minister of Education (2018–2020) and Member of Parliament for Kulai since 2013. She is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) and has held various party leadership positions, including National Vice Chairperson since 2025 and Women Chief since 2023.
